They also must reflect on the learning process and assess this process throughout the research project.
I feel that this practice is an important one for educators to learn about and use. It encourages collaboration with colleagues. It also can help the administrator to fulfill the role of a lifelong learner and model this behavior for faculty, staff, and students. I think administrators should consider using research action projects for themselves and also as professional development opportunities for their teachers. Teachers will benefit from this approach and can adjust their teaching strategies to encourage student success. Administrators should definitely learn to use the inquiry process to help with problem-solving and decision-making.
Blogs are another excellent tool for administrators to learn about and utilize. A blog can allow an administrator to share information with his or her stakeholders. It also allows the stakeholders to interact through comments on the blog. This form of communication can help the administrator reach a greater audience than he or she might be able to do with more traditional newsletters.
